How much will I pay?
Costs of our services vary depending upon whether you qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, have private insurance, or if you plan to pay out-of-pocket. Both federal and state governments dictate the rates for various services by each skilled nursing facility which varies each year, and private pay rates adjust based upon those rates. Please contact the Business Office Manager for current rates and other information related to expenses of related services for our Facility.

Explain the costs and payment options for both long-term and short-term rehab.
We take traditional Medicare for short-term rehab. Typically, 20 days are covered by Medicare at 100%, then, on and after day 21, there’s a daily co-pay. Medicaid will cover co-pays. For long-term care, private pay is $325 per day. We accept long-term care insurance policies to cover room and board.
